I am 5'1', 140 lbs and I ordered a large... Its perfect. I like the softness, very, very comfortable. The lace does not curl and looks like new after 3 washings. Just the right length to the knee. I usually sweat at night and somehow this feels cool. I bought 2 - 1 burgandy and 1 navy blue. I am going to order one more and I'll be set for a while.

I bought this product to help me sleep so I do hope it works. I was recommended to take a 1/2 teaspoon 30-60 mins before bed. I also bought this tea as I read it helps support the immune system, cognitive functioning, calming and antioxidants. I am pro-Australian and did buy the Australian tea but the delivery was weeks away and this Japanese tea was delivered within 24 hours. I highly recommend this tea to anyone.

Very lightweight. Not much stretch but the straps in the back allow for a lot of customization. The shorts are also comfortable and not tight. The slit on the sides allow for more room. My husband gave lots of compliments. I even purchased another. I am 5’5 and 195 lbs and 38 DDD and got an XL
