I got these as a Christmas present from my friend. She got herself a pair too. These are the softest most comfortable pajamas I have ever worn. I am 5 foot tall and have a 34D bra. Love the softness and style best ever. I’m 5’3”; 145lbs, in between petite and women’s regular. I bought ladies small. The sleeves run some what long, but not enough to be a problem, and the pants fit nicely but also a bit long. I think the medium would have fit better in the bust line, but would have been to big for me in the bottoms.
