I've been making a dairy free version with aroy'd coconut milk 50% + water 50%. This works perfectly - no bitterness and a great addition to dairy free latte drinks.

Per qualità e prezzo non posso che consigliarlo a chiunque, sia a coloro che si avvicinano per la prima volta a questo tè prelibato che ai palati più esperti.Un punto a suo sfavore è la confezione in cui viene venduto: un barattolo in vetro dove il tè si trova compresso sino al bordo. Ogni volta provvedo a travasarlo in un barattolo più grande in metallo. La polvere si presenta finissima infatti non necessita di un setaccio in quanto non forma grumi. Si presenta al palato dolce e cremoso di un verde intenso.

It’s very light in flavor. It’s not very strong you have to use a lot to get a strong flavor. It’s good but it’s weak in flavor. If you’re looking for a matcha that you would get at a coffee shop this isn’t for you.

I'm on my second jar and I cant' say enough good things about it. The smell and flavor is wonderfully mild and the color is vibrant and deep. Each jar I've received has been filled to the max so you aren't shafted any, even with settling. I actually put this on Subscribe and Save. Highly recommended!

This is the best matcha I have found. It’s such a fine powder that is literally filled to the brim of the jar. The first cup I made, I added a little sweetener and it was so delicious (I made a latte with rice milk). The second cup I forgot the sweetener and it was still delicious! There was absolutely no bitterness whatsoever

J'avais acheté ce thé matcha / curcuma sur les conseils d'une amie en février, et j'en commande aujourd'hui un 2ème pot, le 1er étant bientôt terminé. Je l'émulsionne avec de l'eau chaude (80° pour ne pas dénaturer le produit), puis j'ajoute un nuage de lait d'avoine pour l'onctuosité... un régal, tous les matins !
