The bracelet is beautiful and the mental help it offers is what matters, my child loves the bracelet and knows it will help them, but it is very small. My child is very petite, as in 5'6 and 115 lbs with very small wrists and the bracelet is still tight. So beware if you have larger wrists.

It’s a nice bracelet. Better then I had thought. My only complaint would be since the pull strings are a metal one of the strings broke easily. We super glued it back but it’s a great bracelet all in all. My boyfriend really liked it.
